Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Version 2026-07-21

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service between you and Tradellen LLC, which operates the Tradellen platform. Breaching this policy is a breach of those Terms.

Tradellen puts a phone number, an SMS channel, an email sender, and an AI voice agent in your hands. Those are exactly the tools that abuse runs on, and abuse from one account damages deliverability and carrier standing for everyone on the platform. This policy exists so the rules are stated plainly rather than discovered during a suspension.

1. Communications and consent

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact every person you contact through the Service. You may not:

Applicable law includes the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and recording statutes, and carrier A2P 10DLC rules. Where a jurisdiction requires all-party consent to record a call, obtaining it is your responsibility; the AI receptionist plays a recording disclosure at the start of each call, but that disclosure is not a substitute for consent you are separately required to obtain.

2. Phone numbers and the AI receptionist

3. Content and conduct

4. Platform integrity

5. AI features

The Service uses AI models to summarize calls, draft text, and suggest prices. Output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent to a customer or relied on for a commercial decision, and you may not present AI output as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or engineering — to anyone.

6. Enforcement

We would rather warn you than suspend you, and for a first, non-egregious issue we normally will. But where a violation is causing active harm — carrier complaints, a spam run, fraud, or a threat to platform security — we may suspend sending, suspend the account, or terminate it without prior notice. Where we can, we will tell you what triggered the action and what would resolve it.

Automated abuse controls also apply: per-account daily send quotas, rate limits, and AI spend caps operate regardless of intent, and hitting them will pause the affected feature rather than silently drop your messages.

7. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of the Service, including unwanted messages sent through it, contact Tradellen LLC at [email protected]. Include the sending number or address and, if possible, the message. If you received an unwanted text, replying STOP stops it immediately and is recorded.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as law, carrier rules, and abuse patterns change. Material changes are reflected in the version above and, where they change what you have agreed to, in a new version of the Terms of Service.
