These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradellen's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tradellen provides an all-in-one field service management platform for home-service businesses, including scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoices, payments, customer management, messaging, and a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers calls and books appointments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to record calls and to contact your customers by phone, SMS, or email.
The Service sends communications you configure or trigger — including confirmations, reminders, and dispatch notifications — to you, your team, and your customers. You are responsible for the content of those communications and for honoring opt-out requests.
If you connect third-party services (such as Google or QuickBooks), your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your connection of them authorizes Tradellen to exchange data with them to provide the features you enable.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Tradellen a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may rely on third-party telephony, messaging, and hosting providers whose availability is outside our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADELLEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our providers, or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
